SPECIAL VOLUNTEER WEEKEND - The month of April we reach out to the ECETI Community for help in getting the ranch open for the summer season.. It is not open for casual Camping and/or SkyWatch if you are not volunteering. We open for the season the weekend of May 4th with the ECETI OFF THE GRID Sustainability Expo and our first Casual Camping/SkyWatch weekend is Thursday May 11th - Monday May 15th.
WEATHER FLEXIBILITY - We will strive to have you contribute in the area you have designated on your registration. Please keep in mind that weather may influence which projects take place on which weekends and we appreciate greatly your going with the flow....
ENERGY EXCHANGE FOR VOLUNTEER WEEKEND - We are always grateful to our Community for pitching in when we need assistance. In exchange for your contribution of time we will provide you accommodation, meals, skywatch, campfire musical jam and our gratitude. You will also receive an ECETI Energy Exchange coupon redeemable towards Accommodation during Camping/SkyWatch weekends or towards Conference/Workshop registration fees during the 2017 Season - amount of coupon dependent on number of hours volunteered.
Refundable Volunteer Deposit - Each person volunteering will be required to make a deposit of $20 per person in advance. These deposits will be refunded back to your payment card based on your completion of the volunteer contribution. We have instituted this deposit policy due to our experience of some individuals signing up for Volunteering Shifts (and us buying food for them) and then not showing up. We appreciate your understanding and we will gladly refund the deposit back to your payment card on your departure day.
Accommodation during the Volunteer Weekend is first come, first served and complimentary based on a minimum completed volunteer contribution of an average of 6 hours per day. If there are more than 1 person in the room, each person is required to volunteer the average 6 hour minimum a day.
Meals during the Volunteer Weekend - breakfast, lunch and dinner will be provided daily and will be complimentary based on a minimum completed volunteer contribution of an average of 6 hours per day.
PET POLICY - Please note, that as the result of two instances in 2015 where guests' dogs bit either humans or ranch dogs ECETI is now strictly enforcing no pets allowed. This includes service animals. (It was a guest's service animal that attacked our ranch dogs.) If you do not adhere to this policy you will be asked to leave and will forfeit any deposits/payments made so please make other arrangements for your pets prior to booking your reservation. There are no longer any exceptions. We cannot risk the liability.
Honoring the Sanctuary - ECETI is a spiritual sanctuary and a powerful healing vortex. When you visit us the energies are magnified. As custodians of the vortex, James and the ECETI Crew continually do clearings to keep the frequency of ECETI clear. We have been guided by Cazekiel (the Oversoul of ECETI) to make ECETI an alcohol and drug-free sanctuary and this includes plant medicines such as marijuana, whether medical or recreational. We honor your free will to do as you wish outside of ECETI however when visiting our Sanctuary you agree to honor these policies or be asked to leave and forfeit your deposits/payments. The inner journey is powerful all on its own!
