TAKING BACK CONTROL - 4 week course
Our desires are powerful driving forces in our lives. They can lead us to happiness and fulfilment, or problems and dissatisfaction. Uncontrolled desire or attachment is one of the main causes of our craving, anxiety and daily problems. It is the source of our relationship difficulties and addictive patterns and prevents us from enjoying our life.
On this course we will explore the habitual thought patterns that function to induce this constant craving and learn practical Buddhist wisdom and meditations that help us let go of craving and find satisfaction and fulfilment in our lives.
