Treat your significant other or group of friends to a fun night of wine tasting and a fantastic dinner in our newly renovated, upstairs event space at the 1830 Chophouse! Francois Hugon, our wine aficionado, will lead the journey as you enjoy four wines alongside a delicious four-course meal. 

The evening will start in the Peter Trips Lounge with a welcome beverage and the first course. Dinner will continue in the William Trips Banquet Hall. Francois Hugon will speak about his book, Made In France, a memoir telling of his life's journey to the US from Provence. Wine from the evening and signed copies of the book will be available for purchase at this event. 

This event is 21 and older. Gratuity is included in the ticket price.
