| Priority Rules | Priority registration is reserved for spouses who have not previously attended the Spouse Q Course. |
| Waitlist Policy | Spouses who have previously participated are welcome to register and will be placed on the waitlist. |
🥾 Event Scope & Physical Demands
- The Experience: Participants will engage in hands-on elements of active duty soldier training, including survival techniques, static builds, and the Nasty Nick obstacle course.
- ⚠️ Pregnancy Advisory: Due to the physical rigor and safety requirements of these events, participation is not recommended for pregnant spouses.
- 🎒 Packing List: Please monitor your inbox; a separate email will be sent shortly detailing the recommended gear and athletic/outdoor attire.
🥪 Lunch & Dietary Information
- Provided Meals: MREs (Meals, Ready-to-Eat) will be served for lunch to offer an authentic "Camp Mackall" experience.
- Alternative Dining: Participants with dietary restrictions, or those who prefer an alternative to MREs, are kindly requested to bring their own sack lunch.
🧸 Childcare Services
- Provider & Hours: On-site childcare will be provided by Nanny Plus from 08:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Activities: The children will participate in structured, age-appropriate activities and crafts throughout the day.
- Equipment Note: As the childcare providers travel with limited equipment, parents are asked to bring necessary items such as bouncy chairs, portable highchairs, sleeping mats, or pack-n-plays to ensure their child's comfort.
- Children's Meals: Lunch from Panera is provided for older children. Parents must provide all baby food, formula, or milk required for infants and toddlers.
