From Saboteur to Sage: Spring Cleaning for the Soul and Psyche with Dr Tamra Wright
Tue 2 Apr 2024 8:00 PM - Tue 9 Apr 2024 9:00 PM BST
Online, Zoom
Description
This two-part series will introduce you to some of the key ideas of positive psychology and mental fitness, so you can enjoy a 'fresh start' this spring.
Many of us like to spring clean our homes as the days grow longer and summer beckons; this workshop will help you declutter your mind!
We will
- look at the philosophical distinction between 'freedom from' and 'freedom to' to provide a framework for personal growth
- look at practical tools for taming the emotional 'saboteurs' that sometimes hijack us despite our best intentions
A quick online quiz will help you identify your top saboteur tendencies.
Sessions will be recorded.
