This shiur is part of a weekly series in memory of Dalia Hillman z'l.
Daniel Greenberg CB is a lawyer specialising in legislation and the legislative process, presently serving as Counsel for Domestic Legislation in the House of Commons. He also serves as the General Editor of Westlaw UK, Thomson Reuters and has a national and international drafting, training and advisory practice in legislation. He publishes on legislation, edits two legal dictionaries and is a contributing editor of the Oxford English Dictionary. He holds academic appointments with the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, University of London, Athabasca University, Bar Ilan University and the University of St Andrews, and he is a Director of the Constitution Reform Group, a Fellow of the Bingham Institute for the Rule of Law, a Council Member of the Statute Law Society and a member of the RS Surtees Society. He has an interest in Jewish law and ethics, in the pursuit of which he has contributed articles to the Jewish Chronicle for over twenty years, is an occasional presenter of Radio 4 Today's Programme's Thought for the Day, and has published How To Become Jewish and Why Not To, What If God's A Christian? and A Tale of Two Rabbis: Faith and Fraud.
