A new approach to habit creation
If you’ve tried to create healthy habits in the past but haven’t got the results you want, it’s not your fault – a lot of the ideas we have absorbed about changing our behaviour are out of date or simply wrong. Join me for a 45-minute Zoom session that will explain everything you need to know to start creating healthy habits, using proven techniques developed by Stanford University behaviour design expert Dr BJ Fogg.
Convenient, affordable coaching via email
After the session, you’ll choose new behaviours to work on and I’ll coach you for three weeks, via email, in turning them into positive, daily habits. There will also be optional Q&A sessions over Zoom.
Think you're too busy? The Tiny Habits will only take a few minutes each day, and you'll learn habit-forming skills that you'll be able to use for the rest of your life.
Fresh Start February is an affordable investment in your future health and well-being, and there are generous Early Bird Discounts.
New Year’s resolutions rarely work, so don’t miss this chance to try a fresh, scientifically-proven approach.
