2025 Southern Living Idea House

Positioned on a five-acre parcel and surrounded by trees, the 2025 Southern Living Idea Home feels at ease in its scenic surrounds, thanks in part to its landscape concept, which is inspired by the "modern homestead" and features a fenced vegetable garden and potting shed, plus a parterre herb garden. Inside, the emphasis is on easy entertaining, with a dining room primed for hosting and a screened porch equipped for casual get-togethers with neighbors and friends. Together, the indoor and outdoor elements foster a relaxed gathering place that's sure to feel timeless for generations to come.

Large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the Idea House.

We do not allow the facilities to be used in the home, except for emergencies. Please plan accordingly.

Please note that timeframes of tickets are the window of time you would like to enter the Idea House. You are welcome to stay as long as you would like. We suggest you plan for 1.5 hours at the home.

Times: Thursday - Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm & Sunday: 12 pm - 5 pm

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION: The designated parking location is listed below. Please note that Keswick Estates is a gated community, and individual transportation through the gate is not allowed. Shuttles will run every 15 minutes to transport visitors to the Idea Home.
