The Idea House Holiday Transformation  

Step inside the magic! The Idea House has been completely decked out for the holidays, and it’s more festive than ever. Come experience the stunning seasonal décor and get inspired before tours wrap up on December 21st. Don’t miss your chance to see this holiday wonderland—whether it’s your first visit or you’re returning to see the new look, it’s a must-see!

Tickets are $43.73 inclusive of all fees. 

Parking Location - Keswick Hunt Club: 626 Hunt Club Rd, Keswick, VA 22947

Please follow signage when arriving at this address. Adhere to all NO PARKING signs or your vehicle may be towed. Keswick Estate is a gated community, and individual transportation through the gate is not allowed. Shuttles will run approximately every 20 minutes to transport visitors to the Idea Home. The last pick-up time from the Hunt Club to the Idea House is 4:30pm. The last shuttle leaving the Idea House returning to the Hunt Club is 5:45pm.

Positioned on a five-acre parcel and surrounded by trees, the 2025 Southern Living Idea Home feels at ease in its scenic surrounds, thanks in part to its landscape concept, which is inspired by the "modern homestead" and features a fenced vegetable garden and potting shed, plus a parterre herb garden. Inside, the emphasis is on easy entertaining, with a dining room primed for hosting and a screened porch equipped for casual get-togethers with neighbors and friends. Together, the indoor and outdoor elements foster a relaxed gathering place that's sure to feel timeless for generations to come.

Large bags and backpacks are not permitted inside the Idea House.

We do not allow the facilities to be used in the home, except for emergencies. We suggest visiting Keswick Hall ahead of your time slot if restrooms are needed. Please plan accordingly.

Please note that timeframes of tickets are the window of time you would like to enter the Idea House. You are welcome to stay as long as you would like. We suggest you plan for 1 hour at the home.

Times: Thursday - Saturday: 10 am - 5 pm & Sunday: 12 pm - 5 pm
