On November 20th and 21st 2026, hundreds of high school students around Kuala Lumpur will gather for 24 hours on a mission to end slavery.

All you have to do is get a team of 8 to run for 24 hours and fundraise. Easy!

The 24 Hour Race is a Running To Stop The Traffik (RTSTT) initiative that empowers high school students to lead the movement to end modern slavery.

Human trafficking is present in every country. Victims of human trafficking are more vulnerable to contracting the virus and less equipped to handle it. Furthermore, drastic decreases in job opportunities as well as reductions in income mean those who were already vulnerable find themselves in an even more precarious situation.

And that’s exactly why we run. For 24 hours, we push ourselves, physically and mentally, to help those in need. The pandemic will not silence our efforts to combat the scourge of modern-day slavery. Millions of vulnerable families and individuals are without access to freedom, safety, and other primary necessities. We run to bring awareness to the cause. We run to stop the traffik.

Team Leaders / Runners

Teams must consist of 8 people, with all participants being between 14-20 years old on race day. Runners who sign up individually will be allocated into teams.

Each runner/team leader requires a ticket. All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Participants will be required to fundraise a MINIMUM of RM 2000 per team. Fundraising will be done via GIVE.Asia (an online fundraising platform) and team leaders are to follow the setup tutorials in the fundraising guide after purchasing tickets.

All teams must have Responsible Adult Leaders (RALs) at all times throughout the race, with a maximum ratio of 1 RAL: 2 teams. The RAL form (which will be sent after signups close) is to be filled out by TEAM LEADERS.

After making your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a short form that you will need to fill out.
