Transforming Conversations (Virtual Open Cohort 37)

Getting the foundations right is what makes outstanding coaches. Transforming Conversations attracts beginner and experienced coaches - people who want to use coaching at work and those who want to work as independent coaches.

​The programme is designed and this open course is facilitated by experienced coaches from our 3D team. We specialises in simplifying coaching so that conversations are more transformational.

The course is practical and based on sound theory​ and research​. You will learn to say less and watch as people have new insights that make a difference to them. Coaching is about changing your behaviour​. That takes practice.​ There are 8 practice sessions over the course. You will have a coaching session with a 3D Coach so that you can experience for yourself the value and quality of a thinking space.

Learning happens in the room – there are no assignments or essays although we will provide you with a comprehensive booklist ​if that’s useful to you. It might not be. W​e begin with​ some​ simple principles drawn from coaching mastery​. As we build on these each session, you’ll be doing less and seeing more transformation.

Transforming Conversations is run as an internal programme in a variety of organisations​ around the world every week​. Some people use it as a first step (30 hours) in a pathway to portfolio accreditation​ as an ICF Certified Coach.​

If you are outside the UK (Code INTERNATIONAL) or your organisation is paying, please book your place using the appropriate code and we will send an invoice. For international orders we will add the appropriate tax for EU – and no tax for the rest of the world. The invoice will need to be paid within 7 days to confirm your place.
