Action Learning is, at its simplest, many to one coaching. It is a useful tool to develop listening and questioning skills in others.

3D's Action Learning Set Facilitator Training provides an excellent introduction for those new to Action Learning, and development for those with experience. It will enable you to start and facilitate sets in your workplace or the organisations where you work. The training is run online as a set (maximum 6 people). The online experience adds value to the learning and you'll be able to facilitate online or onsite. Each course comprises three live modules and a set of videos that make up 10 Coach Training Hours (ICF Core Competencies)

Some participants will have done some coaching skills training others will be completely new to Action Learning. This mixture replicates what you will experience when you start a set yourself.
