Secure Transport Network Consultation Forum
As a valued approved provider, we would welcome the opportunity to hear your views on the current Secure Transport arrangements and discuss how we can work together to shape future arrangements and developments across Wales.
This event will provide an opportunity to reflect on the progress made since the introduction of the framework from the two-year review.
We would particularly welcome the opportunity to meet providers in person and have therefore arranged the event to take place in Cardiff. Whilst we recognise that some providers are geographically dispersed, our preference is to host the event face-to-face to encourage meaningful discussion, relationship building and networking. We will explore options for virtual attendance where possible.
The event will provide an opportunity to:
- Meet the 4Cs team and fellow framework providers.
- Discuss the future direction of Secure Transport services.
- Contribute to discussions about strengthening provider relationships moving forward.
- Share tools and links that can support you and your team.
- Raise awareness of services.
During the session, there will be opportunities for informal discussions over lunch and refreshments.
We highly value your experience, expertise and contribution and hope you will be able to join us for this event.
The Children’s Commissioning Consortium Cymru (4C’s) was created in 2012 to address local authority concerns about the variable standards and outcomes in placement commissioning for children looked after who live in a children's home or with a foster carer.
All 22 Welsh Local Authorities are members of this national collaboration. We support strategic commissioning at a national, regional, and local level and manage the All Wales Fostering and Residential Frameworks.
