Emergency First Aid at Work

This 6-hour (1 day) course is for small and low risk Businesses. It is also suitable for instructors and trainers that run small classes. e.g. yoga, swimming and martial arts teachers.

Emergency Paediatric First Aid

This is a 1-day entry level course for anyone looking after children but do not need the full 2-day (12 hour) OFSTED Paediatric course.
Typically this would be for Nannies and Au Pairs, activity organisers and parent/child club leaders, although babysitters, parents and grandparents would also find this course suitable.

Both qualifications are run in parallel and you can be certified with either or both qualifications.

All courses are delivered, evaluated and quality assured to meet the new guidelines set out by the HSE in October 2013 and meet the requirements of the First Aid at Work (First Aid) regulations 1981 and subsequent 2016 changes. The EFAW course fully meets the UK and European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2015 as per the HSE requirements.

For those that need the Forestry +F First Aid qualification this can be added as an additional Certificate

Directions: Directions to the venue will be sent by email once Booking is made. There is plenty of parking at the venue, and the Taplow train station (including Elizabeth line) is a 5 minutes walk away. Bicycles may also be stored inside during the course.

Accessibility: The venue is on the ground floor and there is level access (slight ramp). Note that the car park is gravel.

Refreshments: Instant coffee, tea, squash and biscuits are provided. Please bring lunch and/or other drinks. A Tesco Superstore is 5 minutes walk away.
