Food as Medicine: An Evening with Dr. Anupama Saigal
A Cooking Demonstration & Three-Course Tasting with Dr. Anupama Saigal
Presented by 4Root's Culinary Health Institute at Center for Health & Wellbeing
What happens when the physician becomes the chef?
Join the Culinary Health Institute team for a special Food as Medicine experience led by Dr. Anupama Saigal, a fellowship-trained breast surgical oncologist with AdventHealth Medical Group, who will step into the kitchen as both physician and chef for the evening.
Dr. Saigal will prepare a three-course, plant-forward tasting menu while sharing practical insights into plant-based nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices, and the powerful role food can play in supporting lifelong health.
Watch each course come together through a live culinary demonstration, taste the finished dishes, and hear directly from Dr. Saigal as she brings together her perspectives from both the kitchen and the practice of medicine.
This is more than a cooking demonstration. It is an opportunity to experience Food as Medicine on the plate, with approachable ideas and inspiration you can take back to your own kitchen.
