Julie Ward is the founder of Spirit Alchemy, a wellness education company focused on the integration of mind, body, and spirit through plant-based nutrition, herbalism, mindfulness, and spiritual wellness practices.

An international speaker, educator, herbalist, and certified ACE Health Coach, Julie is known for creating experiences that help people feel more grounded, emotionally steady, and connected to themselves.
