Sat Nov 7, 2026 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM 4Roots Farm Campus, 32804

Start your morning grounded in nature. Join us at theΒ 4Roots Farm Campus for a gentle, beginner-friendly sunrise yoga session as the sun comes up over the fields, hosted in collaboration with Tribe Yoga.

This is a slow, welcoming practice with no experience needed.

Whether you're brand new to yoga or just looking for a peaceful start to your day, you'll move through basic poses surrounded by the sights and sounds of the farm waking up around you. Breathe in the fresh air, feel the earth beneath you, and reconnect with your roots in a setting that reminds you where good things come from.

Bring your mat, and join us for a peaceful morning.
