š¤ Cacao & Heart-Opening Meditation (6:20pm - 6:35pm) We begin with a check in and intention setting before aĀ gentle heart-opening meditation, accompanied by a warm, ceremonial cacao drink. This isnāt a formal ceremony, but a meditative practice that helps you connect inwardly, opening your heart and fostering a deep sense of love and connection. The meditation will guide you into a state of calm, preparing you for the dance ahead.
š„ Warm-Up (6:35pm - 6:50pm) Ease into movement with a guided warm-up designed to awaken your body, release tension, and prepare you for the dance ahead. These simple, fun exercises will help you transition from the busy mind into a state of creative flow.
š Ecstatic Dance (6:50pm - 8:50pm) Immerse yourself in a two-hour Ecstatic Dance journeyāa sober, conscious freeform movement practice held in a space of total acceptance and respect. The music will guide you through waves of energy, from gentle rhythms to high-energy peaks, and back down. Youāll find that the thinking and judging mind fades into the background as a profound sense of presence fills you, allowing your body to move freely and expressively. This is your time to let go, be authentically you, and experience the natural state of ecstasy that emerges when body and spirit are in harmony.
š§āāļø Savasana (8:50pm - 9:10pm) After the dance, settle into a restful savasana to integrate the experience. This meditative rest will allow your body and mind to absorb the eveningās energy, leaving you feeling grounded, peaceful, and rejuvenated.
š Closing the Space (9:10pm - 9:20pm)
As we come to the end of our journey, weāll gather together one final time to close the space. This is a moment to reflect on your experience, share any insights or feelings of gratitude, and honor the energy weāve created together. Weāll ground ourselves, carrying the warmth and connection from the evening back into our daily lives. As we close the circle, youāre invited to carry this sense of peace, love, and joy with you, continuing to shine your light in the world.
