About the Event: 
Join us for a fun and uplifting family-friendly Ecstatic Dance experience! This is a special event where children and adults can come together to express themselves through music, movement, and dance in a safe, welcoming environment. No dance experience required – just bring your energy, curiosity, and a willingness to have fun!

What to Expect: 
- A spacious, comfortable space to move freely
- A curated playlist with diverse, heart-opening music with more flow & less hard hitting; perfect for easing back into movement.
- A supportive, non-judgmental environment for all ages
- Creative movement exploration and self-expression
- Interactive games and activities for children
- A chance for parents and kids to connect through dance

Guidelines: 
- This is a drug- and alcohol-free event
- No shoes, please – dance barefoot or in socks
- Please respect personal space and others’ movement
- All ages welcome, though younger children should be accompanied by an adult (parents will take full responsibility for their child)
- A calm and peaceful environment – no talking on the dance floor, just movement and music!

What to Bring: 
- Comfortable clothes for dancing and moving
- Water bottle to stay hydrated
- A smile and a playful attitude!
