The 67 Pall Mall Melbourne Summer Party returns for its second vintage - bigger, brighter, and even more effervescent. This year’s sun-kissed soirée will make the most of our coast, as we invite Members and their guests for a seaside sunset celebration. And because we’re a Members' club by wine lovers, for wine lovers, we’re doing it on Valentine’s Day!
Join us on Saturday 14th February at West Beach Pavilion, for an ever so sophisticated beach party soundtracked by the clinking of Zaltos, the sigh of perfectly opened champagne, the unmistakable sizzle of an Aussie barbecue and the rhythm of the sea lapping at the shore.
As day turns into night, we encourage you to kick up your heels and bring the heat to the dance floor or coolly lounge in a beachside cabana. Relaxed yet refined, and unmistakably 67.
No 67 Pall Mall Summer Party is complete without a global wine line-up, and the 2026 list lands down under with cellar strength, proving an Aussie summer can pour with gravitas. From Grande Marques Champagnes to elevated beach-paired pours, every wine has pedigree across three tiers.
Members are invited to choose from three ticket tiers, each offering an elevated Champagne experience. Every ticket includes Champagne on arrival, the full line-up of still wines, all food throughout the evening, a mini wine-walkaround and access to the cocktail bar.
Classic tickets pour NV Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée, Prestige adds NV Ruinart Blanc de Blancs and Rosé, while Deluxe reaches new heights with MV Krug 173ème Édition Grande Cuvée. All Champagnes are available throughout the evening.
Chef Martin Benn and the West Beach Pavilion team have collaborated on a summer menu: together reimagining an Australian beachside barbecue that champions local produce. Expect the best of local seafood, freshly shucked or straight off the grill, a barbecue sizzling with Wagyu and gourmet sausages, roaming canapés, and deli-style stations where cheese and charcuterie take centre stage all night long.
