Saturday Cellar Series 2026

Our Saturday Cellar Series returns in 2026, with more of our favourite producers pouring their finest new releases for Members and non-Members alike. Each month, a leading winemaker joins us to showcase six wines that speak to their craft, character and philosophy.

Join us for the next session on Saturday 2nd May. The afternoon begins with a behind-the-scenes hard-hat tour of our future home at 85 Spring Street – an open-for-inspection look at the site and design as the build progresses. From there, we trade construction for conversation as the winemaker hosts a guided tasting featuring generous pours and the chance to discover new favourites.

Our May Cellar series shines a light on one of Victoria's most historic, family-owned producers, Best's Great Western. Established in 1866, Best's is home to some of the oldest plantings of Pinot Meunier in Australia and is renowned for its production of both Riesling, Pinot Meunier and Shiraz – of which the Thomson Family and Bin No. 0 Shiraz are their flagships. 2026 marks the 160th Anniversary of Best's Great Western and in celebration of this incredible milestone, we will be joined by Hamish Thomson as host of our latest Saturday Cellar Series pouring a range of releases from their Icon, Concongella and Grower's Series.

It’s a weekend cellar door experience without leaving the city. A limited number of tickets are available for guests and wine lovers beyond our Membership.

13:50 — Short walk to Antara for the wine tasting
14:00 — Welcome drink and canapés upon arrival
14:20 — Tasting begins
16:00 — Tasting ends
16:00 — Event concludes

Non-Member Tickets - $85 per person
Member Tickets - $67 per person

Tickets include the site tour, canapés and six wines per person. 

General Notes

• 67 Pall Mall Melbourne reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Members are advised to check the event page for the latest updates.
• The Club reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to insufficient attendance, forces of nature, accidents or emergencies. In such cases, we will either refund the full cost of the course or arrange an alternative date.
• If any substitutions become necessary, we will ensure the value and quality of the replacements are equivalent.
• All Members and guests are required to maintain an appropriate standard of dress. As a rule of thumb, smart casual dress code applies, unless otherwise specified by the event.
• The legal drinking age is 18 years old in accordance with the Victorian law.

Ticketing

• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. At this point, refunds are not possible. However, the ticket may be transferred to another guest.

Other Notes

• On the rare occasions when the speakers become unavailable, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. However, if there is less than 72 hours' notice, we will in most cases proceed as planned.
