Taste Champagne 2026 and 67 Pall Mall Australia invite guests to a rare and intimate evening exploring the world of prestige Champagne alongside a taste of the global Member experience of 67 Pall Mall.

Over the course of the evening, Tyson Stelzer will guide guests through eight of the most coveted prestige cuvées, drawn from houses that have spent generations perfecting the art of assemblage, terroir and patience. From grandes marques to the most elusive and collectable bottlings of all, each wine tells a story as only the finest Champagnes can.

The evening includes Salon - produced only in exceptional years, from a single village in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and an obsession of collectors and connoisseurs for over a century. To taste it in the company of seven other prestige cuvées is to understand just what makes it extraordinary.

Tyson and 67 Pall Mall share a longstanding relationship, with Tyson hosting events at the London Club across the past decade. We are thrilled to extend this enduring partnership down under, as 67 Pall Mall prepares to open its first Australian Club in Melbourne. Alongside the tasting, guests will also be introduced to the world of 67 Pall Mall - the global private Members’ Club for wine lovers, with Clubs currently open in London, Singapore, and Verbier, and further Clubs under construction in Melbourne, Bordeaux, Beaune and Shanghai.

67 Pall Mall Melbourne reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Cancellations made within four days of the event are unfortunately not eligible for a refund. In the event the cancelled ticket can be reallocated/ reissued to waitlisted guest a refund may be issued at the Club’s discretion.

• The Club reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to insufficient attendance, forces of nature, accidents or emergencies. In such cases, we will either refund the full cost of the course or arrange an alternative date.
• If any substitutions become necessary, we will ensure the value and quality of the replacements are equivalent.
• All Members and guests are required to maintain an appropriate standard of dress. As a rule of thumb, smart casual dress code applies, unless otherwise specified by the event.
• The legal drinking age is 18 years old in accordance with the Victorian law.

• On the rare occasions when the speakers become unavailable, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. However, if there is less than 72 hours' notice, we will in most cases proceed as planned.
