Summer Party 2026 - 67 Soleil

A tradition across the 67 Pall Mall group, the Summer Party brings Members together to celebrate the spirit of the season: generous wines, lively conversation, and the company of fellow Members. This year marks a special first, as we host the celebration within the walls of the Club and a brand new space that we are launching – 67 on Scotts.

67 on Scotts is our newest concept occupying a double-storeyed corner unit on Levels 1 and 2 on Shaw Centre (we suspect you may have seen the hoarding up on the ground level), designed for large-scale luxury events from celebrations and parties to brand showcases and activations. Members will be among the first to experience the space in its full glory as we bring it to life.

67 Soleil draws inspiration from the spirit of a European summer, and will see the Club transformed into a multi-level summer playground, for a different experience on each floor.

Across cultures, the sun carries powerful meaning — vitality and renewal, rhythm and continuity — making it a fitting symbol for a night that brings together Members, friends of the Club, and partners from across the worlds of wine and gastronomy.

Throughout the evening, Members will journey through a series of distinctive settings:

Level 1 — The Coastal Room
A relaxed seaside atmosphere welcomes you into 67 on Scotts, with bright wines, fresh flavours and the feeling of an endless summer afternoon.

Level 2 — Ibiza Nightfall After Party
As the sun sets, the tempo rises. Expect vibrant energy, flowing wines and upbeat music that will get you moving all night.

Level 27 — The Summer Cellarium
At the heart of the Club, a celebration of wine takes centre stage with exceptional bottles poured alongside roaming culinary stations.

Level 28 — The Mykonos Garden Party

High above the city, the evening continues under the open sky at the Garden Bar. Inspired by the breezy garden parties of Mykonos, expect sweeping views, late-night pours, and the rhythm of a long summer night.

More than a celebration, 67 Soleil offers a glimpse into the many ways your Club can come alive. Each corner will unfold with its own character from vibrant food stations and flowing wines to music, entertainment and thoughtfully designed settings that evolve throughout the evening.

We welcome Members to experience the Club in motion, and to see how ideas can take shape within these spaces, much in the same spirit.

What we're pouring:

To welcome summer, NV Pol Roger Brut Réserve will flow throughout the Club, the perfect companion for long summer afternoons and the opening notes of a night to remember.

Level 1 & 2 — The Coastal Room & Ibiza Nightfall

The celebration begins with wines made for the sun. NV Billecart-Salmon Blanc de Blancs offers delicate citrus and green apple, crisp enough to echo the sea breeze of a Mediterranean afternoon, and 2024 Chateau d’Esclans Whispering Angel Rosé brings Provençal charm in a glass, soft and perfumed, perfect for wandering between rooms or catching up with friends. Meanwhile, the 2024 Lagar de Cervera Albariño dazzles with Atlantic freshness and lively acidity, a bright foil to the creamy texture of the Blanc de Blancs.

After the sun sets, NV Vincent Bouzerau Crémant de Bourgogne keeps the bubbles going at Ibiza Nightfall, where we’re sure you’d want to put on your dancing shoes…

Level 27 — The Summer Cellarium

At the heart of the Club, wine takes centre stage. Whites start with the sunlit precision of 2023

Domaine Fernard & Laurent Pillot Chassagne-Montrachet, its mineral-driven palate and subtle richness showing why Burgundy remains timeless. South Africa contributes with 2024 Ken Forrester Old Vine Chenin Blanc, where bright orchard fruits and a hint of honey speak to decades of vinicultural mastery, and not forgetting 2023 Niepoort Redoma Branco Reserva, a masterclass in Douro white wine-making that layers orchard fruit, citrus zest, and schist-derived minerality.

Reds traverse some classic terroirs. From Oregon, 2022 Domaine Drouhin Pinot Noir brings the Drouhin family’s Burgundian touch to the Dundee Hills — fragrant red berries, fine tannins, and the precision that has made it a benchmark for American Pinot. Bordeaux is represented by 2015 La Dame de Montrose, a polished Saint-Estèphe that balances dark fruit, cedar and structure with immediate drinkability.

Spain arrives in grand style with 2011 La Rioja Alta Gran Reserva 904, one of Rioja’s great classics. Aged for three years in American oak and bottle-matured to perfection, it unfolds with layers of blackberry, orange peel, cedar and balsamic spice — silky, complex and beautifully balanced, a Rioja that shows exactly why the estate has been a benchmark since 1890.

And for Members seeking something uniquely Italian, 2021 La Ca’Nova Barbaresco stands out as a hidden gem; aromatic, structured, and full of personality.

Level 28 — The Mykonos Garden Party

High above the city, the evening shifts to cocktails, open skies, and sweeping views. Here, the pace slows just enough for long, lingering sips under the stars — the perfect Mediterranean finale to a night of exploration, discovery, and celebration.

From bright coastal whites to cellar classics and late-night cocktails, your glass will never run dry — and your summer night will linger long after the last pour.

Soleil Pass: $367 nett – Access to all 4 levels, and keep-it-flowing wines and food from 17:00 to 22:00.

Soleil till Dark Pass: $467 nett – Access to all 4 levels, keep-it-flowing wines from 17:00 to 00:00, and keep-it-serving food from 17:00 to 22:00.

• By purchasing tickets, completing a Form, or attending the event, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
• 67 Pall Mall Singapore Ltd reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Members are advised to check the event page for the latest updates.
• The Club reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to insufficient attendance, forces of nature, accidents, or emergencies. In such cases, we will either refund the full cost of the course, or arrange an alternative date.
• If any food substitutions become necessary, we will ensure the value and quality of replacement are equivalent.
• No outside food and drinks are allowed for this event.
• The legal drinking age is 18 years old in accordance with the Singapore law.
• The dress code is European Summer.
• Please note that Mini Members will not be eligible to attend this event.

Ticketing

• Tickets may only be purchased by Members of 67 Pall Mall and Members should be present at the event. Members are welcome to bring non-members.
• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. At this point, refunds are not possible. However, the place may be transferred to another Member.
