Join Naked Finn founder Ken Loon, the unconventional restaurateur whose journey from fine arts to some of Singapore’s most respected seafood tables is as distinctive as his approach to sourcing for a relaxed, intimate evening celebrating exceptional seafood.

Known for combining a deep respect for produce with an almost artistic precision, Ken will personally host guests through a specially curated dinner with wine, while offering a closer look at the craft behind selecting and preparing outstanding seafood. From what to look for when buying quality prawns and crabs, to the subtle details that separate the good from the truly exceptional, the evening promises both indulgence and insight.

Perfect for members with a love of seafood, whether simply for the pleasure of it or with an eye to sharpening their own market instincts: this is an opportunity to experience the philosophy behind one of Singapore’s most beloved seafood names.

The evening begins with a welcome introduction from Ken, followed by an engaging conversation on seafood sourcing and selection before dinner and wine pairings take centre stage.

General Notes

  • 67 Pall Mall Singapore Ltd reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Members are advised to check the event page for the latest updates.
  • The Club reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to insufficient attendance, forces of nature, accidents or emergencies. In such cases, we will either refund the full cost of the course, or arrange an alternative date.
  • If any substitutions become necessary, we will ensure the value and quality of replacement are equivalent.
  • All Members and guests are required to maintain an appropriate standard of dress in the Club at all times. As a rule of thumb, smart casual dress code applies, unless otherwise specified by the event.
  • The legal drinking age is 18 years old in accordance with the Singapore law.
  • Club policy applies.

Ticketing

  • Tickets may only be purchased by Members of 67 Pall Mall and Members should be present at the event. Members are welcome to bring non-members.
  • Please note that this event is arranged in a communal seating style, and seat allocation is subjected to Club's discretion.
  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. At this point, refunds are not possible. However, the place may be transferred to another Member.

Other Notes

  • On the rare occasions when the speakers become unavailable, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. However, if there is less than 72 hours notice, we will in most cases proceed as planned.
  • The event shall provide the aforementioned dinner menu. There will be no menu substitutions for this event.
