Golden State: A California Walkaround with Christopher Beros

Hosted in a casual walkaround format, this tasting will feature over 20 wines from across California, offering Members the opportunity to discover a wide range of producers and styles at their own pace. Alongside the wines, a selection of light canapés will be served, including our signature Mushroom Tarte Flambée, Smoked Haddock Croquettes, Crispy Tiger Prawn, and Beef Ragu with Smoked Scamorza.

Our host for this tasting is Christopher Beros, Asia director of the California Wine Institute, a role he has fulfilled since 2015, prior to which he oversaw Californian wine’s presence in the Chinese market. Raised and educated in California, Christopher has lived primarily in Asia since 2007, when he founded the import business California-China Wine Trading. Having travelled extensively throughout the region, Christopher brings both deep industry knowledge and a strong understanding of California wine’s evolving global presence.

General Notes

• 67 Pall Mall Singapore Ltd reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Members are advised to check the event page for the latest updates.
• The Club reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to insufficient attendance, forces of nature, accidents or emergencies. In such cases, we will either refund the full cost of the course, or arrange an alternative date.
• If any substitutions become necessary, we will ensure the value and quality of replacement are equivalent.
• All Members and guests are required to maintain an appropriate standard of dress in the Club at all times. As a rule of thumb, smart casual dress code applies, unless otherwise specified by the event.
• The legal drinking age is 18 years old in accordance with the Singapore law.
• Club policy applies.

Ticketing

• Tickets may only be purchased by Members of 67 Pall Mall and Members should be present at the event. Members are welcome to bring non-members.
• Bookings are confirmed once payment is received. At this point, refunds are not possible. However, the place may be transferred to another Member.

Masterclasses

• On the rare occasions when the speakers become unavailable, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. However, if there is less than 72 hours’ notice, we will in most cases proceed as planned.
• Please note that masterclass tastings do not include a meal. Restaurant reservations can be made before or after the event. If reservations are unavailable, our reception team may be able to offer walk-up tables on the day.
