An Evening of Prestige Champagne with Tyson Stelzer - Sydney - Member Tickets

In partnership with Taste Champagne 2026, 67 Pall Mall welcomes the country’s most celebrated Champagne authority, Tyson Stelzer, for a rare and intimate evening dedicated to the finest wines from the world's greatest sparkling wine region.

Over the course of the evening, Tyson will guide guests through eight of the most coveted prestige cuvées, drawn from houses that have spent generations perfecting the art of assemblage, terroir and patience. From grandes marques to the most elusive and collectable bottling of all, each wine tells a story as only the finest Champagnes can.

The evening includes Salon - produced only in exceptional years, from a single village in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and an obsession of collectors and connoisseurs for over a century. To taste it in the company of seven other prestige cuvées is to understand just what makes it extraordinary.

Tyson's passion for Champagne is matched only by the depth of his knowledge. Author of The Champagne Guide, the world's most comprehensive and widely read resource on the region, Tyson brings to every tasting an ability to illuminate the wine in your glass with insights and stories, all wrapped up in a genuine joy at its discovery.

General Notes
67 Pall Mall Melbourne reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Cancellations made within four days of the event are unfortunately not eligible for a refund. In the event the cancelled ticket can be reallocated/ reissued to waitlisted guest a refund may be issued at the Club’s discretion.

• The Club reserves the right to postpone or cancel an event due to insufficient attendance, forces of nature, accidents or emergencies. In such cases, we will either refund the full cost of the course or arrange an alternative date.
• If any substitutions become necessary, we will ensure the value and quality of the replacements are equivalent.
• All Members and guests are required to maintain an appropriate standard of dress. As a rule of thumb, smart casual dress code applies, unless otherwise specified by the event.
• The legal drinking age is 18 years old in accordance with the New South Wales law.

Other Notes

• On the rare occasions when the speakers become unavailable, we will endeavour to reschedule the event. However, if there is less than 72 hours' notice, we will in most cases proceed as planned.
