Sunday Sip & Sear with the Conseil des Vins du Médoc

Expect a laid-back afternoon on the terrace built around great food, sommelier-selected wine, and excellent company. From midday, the grills will be going with a selection of exceptional cuts, cooked fresh throughout the afternoon, alongside seasonal salads and something sweet to finish.

As for the wine, our sommeliers will pour some crowd-pleasing wines that will be flowing throughout the day, a selection of wines from the Médoc. Expert Consultant Sabine Ernest-Hahn will be there to share her knowledge, and tell you more about the region. Expect fresh, approachable pours chosen for effortless enjoyment on the terrace.
