One of the most historic négociant houses of the Northern Rhône, Delas Frères can trace its origins back to 1835. It remained family-owned for almost 150 years, but after becoming part of the Louis Roederer group, the house invested heavily in its vineyards and cellars, with a new winery completed in 2020. Today, Delas owns sites in several of the Northern Rhône's leading appellations, notably Hermitage, Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph, supplemented by long-standing relationships with top growers in Côte-Rôtie, Condrieu and Cornas. Over a specially created menu, we’ll discover the house's increasingly precise, terroir-focused approach as seen through the lens of its top Northern Rhône wines, with the estate’s Cyril Harmel.
