Welcome to Santa's Grotto at the Ice House

Step into a world of Christmas wonder and join Santa and his helpers for a magical family visit at the historic Ice House in Ramsgate Royal Harbour.

Each family will enjoy their own private visit with Santa, giving every young person the opportunity to share their Christmas wishes, talk about the year they have had, and receive a special gift from Santa himself.

Our booking system allows Santa and his helpers to learn a little about each young person before they arrive, helping us create a more personal and memorable experience for every family.

Visits take place in five minute family time slots. Please arrive no more than five minutes before your booked time to help us keep Santa's workshop running smoothly.

We welcome all families and are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible experience. During the booking process, you will have the opportunity to let us know about any accessibility requirements, communication needs, or additional support that may help make your visit more enjoyable.

This event is organised by the volunteers of 6th Ramsgate Royal Harbour Sea Scouts. Every booking helps support local Scouting and community activities throughout the year.
