With Billy's tips and techniques, not to mention her gorgeously curated papers and supplies, you'll learn how to expertly wrap gifts with and without tape and how to ace that tricky bow. You'll take home sample packages with materials you can use again, and of course the prowess for perfectly wrapping presents.
