Abstract:
In 2019, Bjorg Olafs proposed to her client to build a work management tool to elevate her team's performance. Since then, she has built similar tools for a few teams. This tool was instrumental in maintaining productivity during the COVID-19 pandemic and has maintained its value after the return to office and hybrid policies were implemented. This tool has quintupled her team's output by streamlining tasks and collaborative efforts.
Speakers:
Bjorg M. Olafs, PE,
Senior Project Engineer
Consultant for FDOT D5 TSM&O
