Career Paths: Exploring Domains of Practice
Wed Mar 19, 2025 18:00 - 19:00 CET
Online, Zoom
Description
In this workshop, we will look at how you can identify and explore various domains, or sectors, of practice in anthropology. Domains are, very simply, areas in which anthropologists work. The webinar will show you how to identify domains that are relevant to you personally, and how to “unpack” them so that you understand what kind of work is done within that domain, what groups or organizations and involved, and what specific job opportunities there might be. We’ll also outline two different exercises that you can do to practice domain analysis.
