Mock Employment Tribunal

Experience a live mock employment tribunal at Bangor University including an experienced Employment  Judge who has provided rulings on previous cases.

This event is CPD accredited and offers a great opportunity to learn what to expect when preparing for and attending an employment tribunal and how decisions are reached.

Attending an employment tribunal can be a daunting prospect and the consequences of getting it wrong can be costly and often a matter of public interest.

Join our employment law team and Bangor University law students as we lead you through a mock employment tribunal covering claims of constructive unfair dismissal, disability discrimination, failure to make reasonable adjustments, harassment and victimisation.

This interactive and informative event will give you the opportunity to witness cross examination and witness a judgment being delivered with reasoning explained.
