Expect an unforgettable evening built around the unmistakable flavours of the barbecue, with dishes cooked over fire and inspired by the very best local ingredients. Each course embraces the rich, smoky character of outdoor cooking, while carefully selected whiskies complement and enhance the experience along the way.

Whether you're a whisky enthusiast, a barbecue devotee or simply looking for a Secret Supper unlike any that has gone before, this is an evening not to be missed.

What's Included - 

Welcome Whisky Cocktail

Kick off the evening with a Scotch Highball, a specially crafted welcome drink to set the tone for the night ahead.

Barbecue Feast

A menu celebrating the art of cooking over fire, showcasing bold flavours, seasonal ingredients and the unmistakable taste of summer.

Whisky Pairings

Discover how Scotland's finest whiskies can transform a meal, with carefully chosen drams served throughout the evening.

A Secret Setting

As always, the location remains under wraps until 10am on the day of the supper, adding a touch of mystery to an evening that's all about discovering something new.

This isn't white tablecloths and silver service, it's a bit more TV dinner in front of the fire with friends (and strangers).

Gather round the grill and discover a real intimate Secret Supper with a little more smoke and a lot more spirit.

Other alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks will be available for purchase on the night by credit or debit card.

The precise city centre  location will be revealed to you at 10am on the day of the supper by email . (Please check your spam/junk folder!)

Each diner will receive a memento menu.

• Due to the nature of this barbecue experience we are unable to accommodate dietary requirements, allergies or menu substitutions.
• Please note this venue is accessed via a staircase and is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
