Stress Less: A guide to Stress Management
Join us for a comprehensive workshop tailored for individuals seeking to understand and manage stress effectively.
Stress is natural and a part of everyday life, but when we’re under too much pressure and living in a state of chronic stress it can affect our physical and mental health in a big way. The Stress Less Workshop is delivered by our Wellbeing Key Worker, who is trained in person-centred counselling.
The workshop is intended to help people understand the signs and symptoms of stress and how this can impact our overall health and wellbeing. The content is based on science and research but delivered in a way that is easy to understand and related to real life experiences.
