Three years ago, a chance conversation at a Christmas drinks party led four neighbours in the tiny hamlet of Llanvetherine to commit to establishing a cluster of small vineyards based on organic production using biodynamic principles to create natural wines.
Under the direction of legendary winemaker Dave Morris, the vines were planted in May 2025 - providing a total of 36,000 vines comprising a range of varieties. First harvest will be 2028.
Each producer has a unique identity and vision of what they want to create and they are committed to sharing knowledge, labour and equipment, whilst retaining their own directions.
In this event Dave Morris talks with Nick Miller and Sarah Dickins of O'r Tir vineyard and Duncan Reed of Tiggy on the Hill to compare notes and taste some of the wines and winemakers that inspired them to embark on this ambitious journey.

Discussion and tasting.

Ticket price include reusable Govino tasting glass.
