A women's well-being event hosted by Abi Allen & Carly Bateman

We are celebrating the incredible strength of women & vulva owners with 2.5 empowering and informative hours of fitness, yoga and getting to know your cycle! 

When is it?

Sunday 19th November, 11am-1.30pm

Where is it?

The Dome @ ABC Buildings - a huge rooftop dome in central Manchester!

What to expect:

30 minute Strength & Conditioning class with Abi (@abiallen_pt)

30 minute Floor Barre class with Carly (@barrebybates)

30 minute Yoga class with the goddess Laura Booth (@lauraebooth)

30 minute ‘Get to Know Your Cycle’ talk with incredible health coach Sarah Elisabeth (@sarahelisabethhealth)

Post workouts drinks and snacks

Banging playlists & just plain gorgeous vibes
