- Breaking the Silence on Menopause for Black Women, hosted by Dr Nneka Nwokolo: Continuing the conversation surrounding menopause and the historically excluded challenges faced by Black women, leading to a lack of awareness, support, and culturally sensitive medical care
- FREE Full Health Check Testing by Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust via their Community Wellness Outreach Project. This includes:
