Meet Laura

Laura Hatton, MBA, RIMS-CRMP, is the Risk Manager for Burnham Holdings, Inc., with a professional background in risk management, compliance, and legal operations. She is known for her ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable insights and is a sought-after speaker within her industry. Laura serves as Vice President of Public Relations for Conestoga Toastmasters, which meets at the Manheim Township Library, and is a 2026 International Speech Contest winner. She also serves on the Programming Committee for the RIMS RISKWORLD Conference. Through her work and her passion for communication, Laura helps professionals build confidence, elevate their public speaking skills, and communicate with clarity and impact.
