Value and impact in libraries (hosted online by ALN and NHS Knowledge and Library Services)

In these difficult financial times, this event is an opportunity to hear about the tools colleagues from across ALN and NHS services in the north have used which have helped  to prove value and/or to share their experiences of using impact to build or defend services. 

We hope to have short paper and TeachMeet style presentations from a range of institutions and organisations as well as opportunities for small or whole group discussion.

In addition, there will be an opportunity to opt-in to a randomised coffee trial, where you will be paired with another attendee for a 15-30min coffee at a time that is convenient to you both. The meeting can be virtual, by phone or in-person - it is up to you - and you can discuss the session or any other interest that takes your fancy.
