Our Living Voice Retreat : Cae Mabon, Snowdonia
You are warmly invited to Our Living Voice Retreat — a sacred, soul-nourishing gathering at the magical sanctuary of Cae Mabon, Wales. Held within the spectacular majestic mountains of Snowdonia, surrounded by ancient forest, rivers, lakes and waterfalls.
5 days of unforgettable deep nature immersion - awakening to the power of our voice to expand to our creative potential— held by the earth, nourished by community, and guided by the medicine of voice, sound, breath, plant spirit, and the elements.
We gather at a powerful threshold in the turning year. As the days grow
shorter
and the earth begins to draw her energy inward, the spirit of autumn
invites us to plant intentions in the fertile darkness, to release what
no longer serves us, and to listen intimately for the wisdom emerging
from within.
This is a space to remember your true voice and the deeper knowing of who you are.
Together, we will return to the profound intelligence of the body, unlock the voice that longs to be heard, and rediscover the soul songs living within us. Through sacred ceremony, intuitive sound, breathwork, yoga, deep listening, and creative exploration, we will release old stories, awaken fresh possibilities, and align more deeply with our authentic expression.
This retreat is an invitation to step beyond fear and limitation — into presence, creativity, freedom, and embodiment.
Throughout our time together, we will explore with the plant spirits of cacao, rose, and other master plant allies, opening our hearts, deepening our connection to the natural world, and supporting the unfolding of our inner journey and creative expression.

Josie Corke
I am in devotion to the path of music as my greatest journey of connection, healing and prayer, and I share sacred song in ceremony, ceremonial concerts, retreats and festivals. My music is greatly influenced by the teachings I have received living and studying in Mexico, Guatemala and Peru with different ancestral wisdom traditions, now grounded back into connection with my own ancestral lands. I am passionate about helping others open their voices, and I offer group and 1:1 work to explore and activate our expression and musical creativity.
I am in service to the healing plants, making herbal remedies with plant allies from the Wise Isles. I believe in the power of connection to the land, the elements, and community, the coming together of the tribe as an ancient revolution, as the way I choose to serve and bring faith and meaning to my own life, and hopefully the lives of others.

At the heart of Cae Mabon is a thatched Celtic Roundhouse with a large central fire. Circling this hub-heart is a family of seven elegant dwellings made from straw bales, cedar logs, cob, stone, thatch, turf, timber and hempcrete.
