2026 NOGI Awards Gala

The 65th annual NOGI Awards event is an opportunity to honor exceptional people for their exceptional contributions -- in all fields of underwater endeavors: Jonathan Bird, Arts; Richard "Richie" Kohler, Sports & Education; Professor Simon Mitchell, Science; Howard Rosenstein, Distinguished Service; Cristina Zenato, Environment. This year's NOGI award honorees are a group that are truly recognized by their peers, since each individual has been nominated and voted on, solely by previous NOGI award recipients. Membership in this group of fellows is, without question, a unique and distinctive honor.

The Academy of Underwater Arts and Sciences is pleased to be joined this year by the
Women's Diving Hall of Fame for the induction and pinning of their 2026 Members.

Cocktail Hour: 6:00 - 7:00 pm  |  Dinner: 7:00 pm

Tickets are $195 each. Fee includes 1 reception cocktail/ drink and 3 bottles of wine on each table, salad, dessert and coffee. There are three entree options: Herb roasted chicken breast stuffed with spinach, prosciutto, oven-dried tomato and mozzarella on pappardelle pasta with lemon thyme cream and broccolini. Vegetarian orecchiette - roasted peppers, arugula, and teardrop tomatoes with olive oil and lemon. Vegan & gluten-free quinoa jambalaya - blackened tofu, broccolini and roasted sweet pepper coulis. All dinners served with salad (field greens with apple chips, blue cheese, candied pecans and basalmic vinaigrette), and dessert (vanilla creme brulee with a fresh berry salad) and coffee. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

Black tie optional attire.

2026 NOGI Awards Gala Sponsorships available. • Individual Sponsorship - $1,000 : includes two dinner tickets, a 1/4 page ad in the program and listing on the sponsor page. • Benefactor Sponsorship - $2,500 : includes five dinner tickets, a half page ad and listing on the sponsor page. • Corporate Sponsorship - $5,000 : includes a table of 10, a full page ad in the program and listing on the sponsor page.
