A Celebration of The Last Waltz with WLDFLWRS
On 25 November 1976, The Band took to the stage at Winterland Ballroom for what would become their final performance with the original line-up. Joined by an extraordinary cast of special guests, the concert was captured on film by Martin Scorsese and immortalised as The Last Waltz — widely regarded as one of the greatest music films ever made.
Last year, WLDFLWRS brought their acclaimed celebration of The Last Waltz to Birmingham Town Hall, earning rave reviews and featuring unforgettable guest appearances from P. P. Arnold and Nigel Clark.
To mark the 50th anniversary of this iconic event, WLDFLWRS are bringing their acclaimed celebration to Acapela Studios, joined by some very special guests for one extraordinary night of music. Expect timeless songs, legendary performances, and the spirit of one of rock’s most celebrated concerts brought vividly back to life.
WLDFLWRS are Jack Blackman, Wes Finch, Chris Quirk and Jono Wright.
“I love it when a great idea comes together and this certainly does. Step back in time and enjoy the timelessness of these classic songs performed by WLDFLWRS and friends. DO NOT MISS THIS SHOW!”
— Nigel Clark (Dodgy)
“From start to finish, WLDFLWRS capture everything on stage that was so magical about The Band and that evening in San Francisco.” Chris Helme (The Seahorses)
