The Disrupting Gender Bias in Startups (DGBS) program is a dedicated initiative aimed at leveraging the power of entrepreneurship to address the systemic barriers faced by women and gender diverse people across the workforce. Through learning from the lived experiences of Canadian feminist entrepreneurs, engaging in norm deconstruction, and participating in collaborative visioning, DGBS participants have gained the insights and support needed to lead with impact and contribute to building the feminist economy of tomorrow.
