Adult Art Workshop

Join us for a 3 week workshop exploring a variety of different Artistic Techniques with Mariia Shub.

Our Art Workshops are thoughtfully designed for anyone who’d like to explore new skills in a calm, supportive and friendly setting. Whether you’re picking up a pencil for the first time or rediscovering a love of art, you’ll feel right at home with us. Come along, unwind, and gently nurture your inner artist.

We’ll guide you through the foundations of a variety of techniques, from creative mark‑making and experimenting with texture to printing and much more all at an easy, enjoyable pace.

Mariia Shub is a professional art teacher and graphic designer who relocated from Ukraine. Mariia loves sharing her skills and creativity with the community that has so warmly welcomed her and her family. In addition to being a valued part of our children’s Holiday Camp, she is delighted to be working with Alleyn’s to offer adult art classes that are open, inclusive, and welcoming to all.

1. Thursday 11th June - Creative Techniques for Inspiration and Collage
2. Thursday 18th June - Watercolours and Ink – Unusual Textures
3. Thursday 25th June - Pastel Symmetry in Nature
