Description
Improving Outcomes in Drawing.
Wednesday 4th December, 4.00pm - 5.00pm GMT.
Free for AccessArt members.
This session will explore some of the simple and more advanced ways we can improve outcomes and experiences in art. In this session which focuses on drawing, we will share some of our observations and experiences gathered over the years to help you understand the importance of materials, methods and approach.
We will be giving practical guidance and pedagogical insight to help you build upon existing practice in your classroom. You will build your understanding of drawing as an activity and as an outcome and develop skills to help facilitate a creative and inclusive exploration of drawing in others.
This session is suitable for educators working in all settings, including EYFS, Primary and Secondary Schools, Health & Community Care, Home Education, Lifelong Learning and Museum and Gallery Education. If you are already using the AccessArt Primary Art Curriculum then this session will help you build upon your practice and understanding, to take your teaching to the next level.
This session will be recorded and available to AccessArt members a few days after the event.
Please note, this event is free and open to AccessArt members only. A zoom link, accessible via logging into the AccessArt website, will be included in your order confirmation. Please ensure you can log in well before the event so we can help you with any login issues. Please contact andrea@accessart.org.uk if you have any problems.
