Session Overview
An introduction to the Care Act 2014, focusing on raising awareness of its duties and the rights it grants to individuals.
Participants will explore the key provisions of the Act that help individuals secure the social care to which they are entitled to. By increasing their understanding of the basics of social care law, participants will be better prepared to support individuals in accessing the
necessary care.
How to join

- Please note that the session will be an online webinar - your camera and microphone will be off.
- This session is exclusively for senior operation managers within KiCA member organisations. Unfortunately, if you do not meet this eligibility requirement, your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive the joining link.
