Session Overview

An introduction to the Care Act 2014, focusing on raising awareness of its duties and the rights it grants to individuals.

Participants will explore the key provisions of the Act that help individuals secure the social care to which they are entitled to. By increasing their understanding of the basics of social care law, participants will be better prepared to support individuals in accessing the
necessary care.

How to join

• The session will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams.
• You will not receive the joining link immediately after booking.
• Registered attendees will receive the Microsoft Teams joining details closer to the session date.
• Please note that the session will be an online webinar - your camera and microphone will be off. 
• This session is exclusively for senior operation managers within KiCA member organisations. Unfortunately, if you do not meet this eligibility requirement, your booking will be cancelled and you will not receive the joining link.
