ACC Basketball Academy Uniform Order 2026

Please use this form to order your student's Basketball Academy uniform.

Payments and order for the Game Uniform and/or Training set must be made by Friday, May 31st 2026. The jersey will be ready by early Term 2.

1. Training Kit 
   Students may purchase the Training Kit. The Training Set is optional and can be purchased and worn every training session and game day by each student.
   - Training Reversible Singlet – $30 
   - Training Long Sleeve – $30 
   - Training Shorts – $30

2. Game Kit (Customised Version)
   The Game Kit (Jersey + Shorts) will be provided by the school for all academy members. However, if you would like to purchase your own customised Game Kit with your name and preferred number, the cost is:
   - Game Reversible Singlet – $45
   - Game Shorts – $35 
   - Total: $80
