Girls Spring & Summer Skill Development Program - 2026!
Welcome to the Girls Spring & Summer Skill Development Program! This training regimen is designed to challenge motivated girl hockey players through countless reps, drills, feedback, and games in a small group environment of ONLY 24 Players per group.
This program will take place at the Wildcat Center in River Falls, WI. Each session is designed to create consistency, progression, and competitiveness. Additional details below...
Training Details:
- 25 minutes of Skating - Edges, Agility, Balance, Speed, Explosiveness, Transitions, Stride Lenhtening.
- 25 minutes of Stick Handling & Shooting - Control, Possession, Protection, Touch, Passing, Receiving, Quick Release, Power, One-touch, Backhands, Wrist shots, Snap Shots.
- 10 minutes of Competitive Games - 1v1, 2v2, Battle, Compete, Grit, Body Awareness
- Direct Feedback and Evaluation for Players when program concludes!

Spring Dates & Times: 10 total sessions
- April 13, 15, 20, 27, 29
- May 4, 6, 11, 19, 21
- Time: 6:15 - 7:15pm - U10/U12
- Time: 7:30 - 8:30pm - U15/U15/High School
Summer Dates & Times: 10 total sessions
- July 21, 23, 28, 30
- August 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20
- Time: 10:15 - 11:15am - U10/U12
- Time: 11:30 - 12:30pm - U15/U15/High School
Cost:
- $295 each session
- $550 for both ($40 discount)
