Training Regimen:

20 hours of ice from June - August at the River Falls or Cottage Grove Arena...roughly twice per week.

Cottage Grove Ice Arena in Cottage Grove, MN:

• June 8, 10, 19, 26 > 8:00 - 9:00am
• June 16, 24, 29, July 1 > 5:00 - 6:00pm
• July 13 > 3:00 - 4:00pm
• July 17 > 9:15 - 10:15am

River Falls Wildcat Center in River Falls, WI:

• July 21, 23, 28, 30
• Aug 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20
• 9:00 - 10:00am

Training Details & Cost:

• 1-4 Player/Coach Ratio: $1850
• 6-12 Player/Coach Ratio: $1195
• Player Assessment & Mental Performance Questionnaire
• Three Individual Mental Performance Sessions (One p/ month / June - Aug)
• Three Team Mental Performance Webinars (One p/ month / June - Aug)
• Coaches: AJ Bucchino & Terry Watt
