Mite Pre-Season Skills Clinic!

Welcome to the Mite Pre-Season Skills Program!  This program is designed to prepare mites for the winter season with countless reps, drills, feedback, and games.

This program will take place at the Hudson Sports & Civic Center in Hudson, WI.  The program will offer 10 total sessions in September and October.  Each session is designed to create consistency, progression, and competitiveness.  Additional details below...

Training Details:

Mites will be grouped developmentally appropriate with peers that are similar in talent to challenge and enhance the experience.

• 20 minutes of Skating - Edges, Agility, Balance, Speed, Explosiveness, Transitions.
• 20 minutes of Stick Handling & Shooting - Control, Possession, Shooting, Touch, Passing, Receiving.
• 20 minutes of Competitive Games -  1v1, 2v2, 3v3, Battle, Compete, Grit

• Friday, September 18th: 510-610pm
• Thursday, September 24th: 5-6pm
• Sunday, September 27th: 410-510pm
• Saturday, October 3rd: 8-9am
• Saturday, October 10th: 8-9am
• Tuesday, October 13th: 610-710pm
• Saturday, October 17th: 8-9am
• Tuesday, October 20th: 610-710pm
• Saturday, October 24th: 810-910am
• Sunday, October 25th: 550-650pm
